Refer a Friend Program

Refer a friend, family member, neighbor, or coworker to Rhinomax Roofing. When your referral becomes a qualifying customer, you’ll receive a $250 referral reward.

Program Rules and Restrictions

  • A successful referral is a new Rhinomax Roofing customer who signs a contract for a complete residential roof replacement, has the work completed, and pays the contract balance in full.

  • The referred customer must provide the referrer’s full name when first contacting Rhinomax Roofing or before signing the roofing contract.

  • Referrals submitted after the customer has signed a contract are not eligible.

  • The referred customer must not be a current customer, previous customer, or an existing lead already in Rhinomax Roofing’s records.

  • Only one $250 reward will be issued for each qualifying roofing project.

  • If more than one person refers the same customer, the reward will be issued to the first eligible referrer identified by the customer.

  • Self-referrals and referrals between members of the same household are not eligible.

  • Roof repairs, inspections, emergency services, warranty work, and canceled or unpaid projects do not qualify unless approved in writing by Rhinomax Roofing.

  • The $250 reward will be issued within 30 days after the qualifying project is completed and the customer’s account is paid in full.

  • The referrer is not an employee, representative, or agent of Rhinomax Roofing and may not make promises, provide estimates, or enter into agreements on behalf of the company.

  • Referral rewards cannot be transferred, combined, or substituted with another promotional offer or referral arrangement unless approved by Rhinomax Roofing.

  • Participants are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with referral rewards they receive.

  • Rhinomax Roofing reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject fraudulent or misleading referrals, and modify or discontinue the program at any time. Rewards properly earned before a program change will still be honored.

  • This program is void where prohibited by law.

  • Offer is valid exclusively to Louisville Area residents in The Louisville Area.
